Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex tax filings for individuals, trusts, partnerships, nonprofits, and corporations
Assist with planning and execution of tax engagements and assurance projects
Conduct research on complex financial and tax matters, providing practical solutions and guidance
Train, guide, and review the work of junior team members
Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in coordination with management
Participate in continuous process improvement and firm-wide initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Actively pursuing or already met CPA licensure requirements (license is a plus)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting (tax or audit)
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
